Composition

Ingredients
  • Whole Milk 400 g
  • Instant Coffee 6 g
  • Salt 1 g
Preparation
  • Heat half of the milk with the coffee and salt to 80°c and pour over the chocolate. 
  • Mix to form a ganache and then pour into a silicone mould before freezing. 
  • Add the frozen ganache to the remaining milk and blend well with a liquidizer.
