Pipe 8g of Deli Citron into the centre of each disc.
Cover with a further 8g of white chocolate then blow out again using the airbrush.
Decorate with tempered Belcolade Origins Noir Papua New Guinea 73% Organic Cacao-Trace chocolate for the eyes and mouth and finish with a chocolate carrot nose.
